Full Circle is located at 708 Evans Street on the Morehead City Waterfront. The Bistro offers an array of eclectic cuisine in a casual, fun, and vibrant atmosphere. Founding owner and chef, Kyle Swain, built this Morehead City staple with more than 35 years of experience at his craft. Current owners, Cam and Katie Simpson, are carrying on the same passion for an exquisite dining experience with more than 25 years of experience.
